Shipping times vary based on product availability. The delivery of purchased vases takes place from 48 hours to 7 days from the date of order confirmation, depending on product availability. In the case of new launches or vases in the catalog, shipping times vary from 45 to 60 days. Check the delivery times in the appropriate section within the page of your favorite vase.
Return due to defect or non-conformity
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please indicate this as the reason for the return during the online return request to be made in the same manner described in the previous paragraphs. You will be asked to upload one or more images relating to the defect found and you will receive a confirmation email with the instructions for proceeding with the shipment.

Information on the right of withdrawal and return
Extension of the right of return:
All orders purchased on debricola.com in the month of December 2024 can be returned until 31 January 2025.
Without prejudice to anything otherwise provided for in the following paragraph and in the cases expressly provided for by art. 59, first paragraph, of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from when you or a third party appointed by you (i) received the product or (ii) in the case of the purchase of multiple products delivered separately with a single order, received the last product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us at +39 0421 329372 from Monday to Friday – hours from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 18.30 or you can send a request by writing to info@debricola.com indicating the order number, desired day for collection, collection address and, if possible, reason for the return. If you decide to activate the right of withdrawal, you will be refunded the payments you have made. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received by De Zotti and until the Quality Control Office has demonstrated that the goods have been delivered in compliance with the following points. We remind you that the products must be returned in perfect condition.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
We inform you that pursuant to art. 59, first paragraph, letter c) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded with regard to the supply of "custom-made or clearly personalized products". With reference to the aforementioned case of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, you are informed and accept that the "custom-made or clearly personalized products" include the products indicated as customizable in the relevant information sheet, following their customization if requested by you.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
The refund will be issued on the same payment method used for the initial transaction within 10 working days of the quality control being carried out by our warehouse, in relation to the technical times of the relevant Credit Institution.

In Europe shipping is free, there are no additional shipping costs for De Zotti orders placed on our site.
Shipping outside Europe has a cost that is quantified in the checkout before purchasing.
