For over 40 years, we at De Zotti have been working exclusively with solid wood to create furniture that combines tradition and innovation. This choice reflects our commitment to offering a valuable and durable material. We treat each piece of wood with care and respect because we believe in the intrinsic quality of this material. The elements we make are designed to last over time, to be handed down and not replaced, in a resource- conscious vision. Even at the end of its life cycle, solid wood furniture retains its value through its versatile reuse in new production chains or its transformation into energy.

A distinctive aspect of our method is upcycling, the process that allows us to give new life to production waste. We use bricole to create design elements, preserving the traits of their past in the lagoon. We also reintegrate the residues of other woods into three-layer panels to make the components of new furniture. We even valorise the small chips and sawdust we generate with our daily work, introducing them into other supply chains or transforming them into new objects. These reuses allow us to reduce waste and optimise every stage of production.
