Specchio Due Facce

The phrase ‘due facce’ (two faces) sums up the authentic meaning of the Venetian Carnival: masquerading as one’s opposite, free from social order and moral rigour. This pair is also a symbol of the alternation between reason and instinct; it is the two-faced god of material and immaterial beginnings.

Due facce includes the mirror that combines two elements: on the one hand, the natural bricola wood with its irregular and vivid shape, and on the other, the mirror, characterised by its square and precise shape.

Dimensions:

Two-Sided Mirror Var. 1: 60/70 cm x 2.5 cm x 185 cm

De Bricola Collection

We refine the exhausted bricola wood to give you a piece of Venice. We recycle the bricola wood that would be disposed of and use it to create solid wood artifacts, celebrating Venice with pieces to pass on. We present the new collection, De Bricola.
